Department of Mathematics
Introduction:
The Department of Mathematics was founded in 1986. Now the Department has 83 faculty members, among whom 29 professors and over 85% have more than one-year overseas experience. Every faculty member contributes to providing a variety of quality math courses for the BJTU students. Their students cover every school, which won the faculty members best popularity around the campus. In addition, the members of the Department are attracting worldwide attentions for elite works in the fields of Optimization Theory, algebra, topological graph theory and combinatorial mathematics, etc.
